At Glanis Skin Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied for a valid reason, we offer a fair and transparent refund process.

 

Eligibility for Return & Refund

You may request a Return & Refund if:

  •  You received the Missing Products.
  • The cover is upside down.



Return & Refunds will only be issued if the issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

 

Non-Return & Refund Items

We do not offer returns & refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
